Breno Cotta is a Brazilian–Spanish creative leader with over 15 years of international experience working across global agencies and markets in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
Breno has led creative teams ranging from small, focused units to organizations of more than 30 people, working with brands such as Coca-Cola, Samsung, BMW, IKEA, Mastercard, Heineken, and many others. His work has been recognized at Cannes Lions, One Show, LIA, FIAP, El Sol, and Effies. He has also served as a jury member at Cannes and other major international festivals.
Beyond titles, Breno’s strength lies in combining strategic clarity with hands-on execution. He is known for helping agencies and brands navigate complex challenges, launch ambitious ideas under pressure, and turn creative vision into work that performs in the real world.
Ranked as Latam's Top 40 Creative Directors, he managed to produce the award-winning Samsung "Blind Cap" Campaign, recognized at Cannes Festival with a Gold Lion in Mobile Category. He also plays a key role in agency growth, new business wins, and team development, often stepping into moments of uncertainty to bring structure, focus, and momentum.
